During the last few months, Dave Herpy and Eleanor Baker have visited counties in all five districts across the state for a listening sessions tour. The Extension Organizational Development team has met with County Extension Office team members and listened to training challenges, concerns, and needs.  We plan to use the feedback received from the listening sessions to develop a statewide strategy for professional development, onboarding, and mentoring.
