Extension Organizational Development (EOD) collaborates with Extension employees to identify and enhance their skills and talents, through resources, training, and development opportunities. By enhancing their skills and talents, we empower Extension employees to fulfill the land-grant missions of North Carolina State University and North Carolina A&T State University, positively transforming the N.C. Cooperative Extension system.
