Extension Mentoring Program Training for Mentees

Wednesday | Apr 08 | 10:00 AM — 11:00 AM

This training prepares new employees (mentees) to participate in the Extension Mentoring Program, which is part of the N.C. Cooperative Extension Onboarding process for county-based employees offered through Extension Organizational Development. The program helps the new county employee by providing coaching and guidance in their career through a formal pairing with a peer Mentor during their first year of employment.

Once you have attended this training, you are all set to embark on your mentoring journey. You do not need to register for a future Mentor Program Training (the same session is offered each month to catch new employees as they come in).
