The Employee On-boarding Process

  • Orientation – Offered once a month by Extension Human Resources
  • Mentoring Program – New employees are assigned a Mentor in the first weeks of employment. Training for both Mentors and Mentees is available online the first Tuesday of every month. 
  • Self-guided Training – Available on this website, these are self-paced online modules. Look for new materials available on January 1, 2021.
  • Hands-on Training – Training has been suspended due to COVID-19. Training for new CEDs begins online October 1st.
